Our aim is to establish a leading research group advancing sustainable business practices, with a focus on interdisciplinary collaboration, impactful research, and industry engagement. Over the next three years, we aim to enhance our internal capabilities, expand our external profile, and achieve meaningful outcomes through strategic initiatives, rigorous reviews, and transparent operations.
Key Objectives:
- Strengthen Research Excellence: Enhance skills of PhD students and staff, foster cross-faculty and external collaboration, and target major research councils and industry partnerships.
- Expand Visibility and Impact: Establish an annual conference, launch a journal publication, and increase presence at key conferences to build a robust external profile.
- Strategic Growth and Sustainability: Transition from an emergent to an established research group through structured annual reviews, expanded membership, and a comprehensive long-term strategy.
