Innovating for Impact
About us
This emergent research group is poised for significant development and innovation over the next three years, underpinned by a comprehensive strategic plan, rigorous annual reviews, and a commitment to transparency. Our three-year plan delineates clear objectives, milestones, and the allocation of resources to advance our research agenda and enhance our scientific contributions. Annual reviews will provide critical evaluations of our progress, allowing for the assessment of achievements, identification of challenges, and refinement of our strategies to ensure we remain on track. Transparency will be a cornerstone of our operations, with regular updates and open communication channels fostering an environment of accountability and collaboration both within the group and with our external stakeholders. This approach will enable us to build a robust foundation for sustained success and impactful research outcomes.

Strategy and vision: Innovating for Impact
Our vision is to become a leading research group known for pioneering sustainable business practices through interdisciplinary collaboration, cutting-edge research, and impactful industry partnerships. Our strategy focuses on strengthening internal capabilities by enhancing the research and publication skills of our members through structured training programs and fostering cross-faculty collaboration. We aim to increase our research output by securing targeted grants and actively engaging in key conferences. Additionally, we plan to promote our external profile by launching the Journal of Sustainable Business and establishing an annual conference to showcase our research.
To expand our membership and influence, we will attract new members through open sandpit events and develop mentorship programs to support them. Our long-term sustainability strategy includes developing a five-year strategic plan and transitioning from an emergent group to an established leader in sustainable business research. Our goals are to significantly increase research funding, enhance our reputation through high-impact publications and conference presentations, and build a robust internal and external research network that fosters innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The following three-year plan focuses on building a robust external profile by actively pursuing research bids, enhancing research outputs, and generating impactful outcomes aligned with sustainable business practices. We aim to elevate our visibility through publications in prestigious journals and presentations at international conferences, emphasizing practical implications for academia and industry alike. Internally, we will add value by fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration through structured training programs. These initiatives will strengthen our internal identity and promote interdisciplinary research within our group, positioning us as leaders in advancing sustainable business solutions over the next three years.
